PYSA Rulebook 2007-08

Federation International de Football Association (FIFA) Laws of the Game for the current soccer year shall be applicable for all rules not covered by this book and shall have precedence over all rules where there is a conflict unless such difference is allowed by United States Soccer Federation (USSF), United States Youth Soccer Association (USYSA), or North Texas State Soccer Association (NTSSA). The order of precedence of ruling authorities is the order present above with FIFA being the highest authority.
 
It is the responsibility of the coaches, officials and various persons to be familiar with the FIFA Laws of the Game, the USYSA Rules, and the NTSSA Rules since they cannot be printed in their entirety herein.
